We are host to over 600k tourists a year, making us one of the Midwest's premier vacation rental areas. We're also host to many corporate events, weddings, and gatherings given our hospitality hotbed on the eastern side of the city.

Madison is known for its 19th century architecture, historic downtown, music and art festivals, the Lanier Mansion, Clifty Falls State Park, and the Madison Regatta, one of the country's premier hydroplane races.

Our food scene is becoming as well-known as our vintage streets. We have great deli's, pizza, Mexican restaurants (on the hilltop), ice cream shops, and a growing number of food trucks that fill up downtown on most weekends.
Who maintains this site?
Chad and Ally visited Madison on a weekend getaway in 2022 and fell in love with the architecture and possibilities. A few months later, they moved to town! They purchased a 1900s shotgun-style home on Third Street and renovated it into a popular 5-star Airbnb property. Then they purchased another rental, remodeled it, and found their first long-term tenant. They enjoy every day in their new town.
