Seeking History One Stroll at a Time
In late 2022, Chad and Ally visited Madison on a weekend getaway. No big deal, eh? Then they visited again, and again. On their drive home to Indianapolis after their third visit, they looked at each other and knew they could live out their lives here! After praying about it and asking their youngest of five kids (Gabe) if he was game, the decision was made! Over December and January, they managed a large remodel project on their new family home. It came out so well, they purchased a 1900s shotgun-style home on Third Street and renovated it into a popular 5-star Airbnb property. They purchased another rental, remodeled it, and found their first long-term tenant. They've remodeled four homes in Madison so far. Chad, a marketing leader, and Ally, an English teacher at Madison High, enjoy every day in magical Madison!
